I hope the cosmic energies are allowing you to surrender to any challenges and breath nourishing energy into your vessel. I have been in the states for almost two months now dreaming, envisioning, tending to my dental health and the next phase of my life. As a Herbalist I realized dental health has been a missing piece in continuing my education with plants. So I have been looking at the correlation of immunity and acid in the mouth and how it leads to cavities and other oral issues. I found out I had my first cavity at the ripe age of 39 and it was a slap in the face, a huge wake up call that this has been a field I am not that educated in. I have always stayed away from fluoride and new the basics but when it came to why cavities are formed I never really understood. Within the past year I was getting sick alot in Peru and each time it was directly correlated to gum inflammation, aching teeth and more recession then usual. I was making the connection that there was inflammation, lots of bacteria, my health was compromised and the ph of my mouth changed each time. I will be studying more of this field to enhance my herbal education.
