From a Curandera (healer) viewpoint, ceremony invites us to bring in the lightness and darkness that resides in all of us. As my teacher Estela states, "Going into the darkness is returning to the womb; the Mother. Remembering to walk in unison with Mother Earth." The sacred interchanges of ritual and ceremony prepare us to be in harmony with a higher source of wisdom and to walk with clarity on the path of rite relationship. The creation of ceremony tunes us into the divine archetypes of nature and rekindle the fire that dwells in all of us. I offer groups and individuals the following rituals by connecting our hearts with Grandfather sun, Grandmother moon, the stars, wisdom keepers, ancestors, plants, earth, stones and animals. INTEGRATION OF RETREATS AND PLANT MEDICINE
Individual guidance is offered in a safe space to integrate experiences with ceremonial plant medicines. Post counseling integration assist in bringing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energies back into balance by shifting the insights deeper into our daily lives, without loosing a grounded vision. Specific plant medicines can bring us to states of awareness that may be challenging to interpret and understand on our own. I offer tools and guidance for integrating trans-formative experiences back into our lives. These practices guide the mind and body to Sattva, balance and harmony on the path to the divine. Re- integrating back into life after a retreat or plant ceremony can be a profound experience when you have support.
ALTAR RITUAL
Learn how to cultivate and reintegrate your experiences through the use of an altar. Learn to create a healing space that is arranged in or around your environment. A living, breathing altar can become your own personal cosmic map, a place of solitude and a vision board of support for your life. The five elements and four directions connect all with Mother Earth (pachamama) and Father Sun. A ritual is an offering of prayer and love to the Ancestors. Being in rite relationship with Mother Nature can fuel a deeper creative fire that propels us into harmony with our spirit. Together we will create an altar that will be fed and nourished by your intentions. You will also learn to make your own Agua Florida spray to feed your stones and altar, by use of protective and clearing plants.
