"My husband and I hired Sondra Hamilton as our postpartum doula and she was amazing. My birth ended up being quite traumatic, landing me in the OR for a c-section, so the healing journey ahead was a lot more intensive than I was originally anticipating. I cannot imagine not having Sondra’s incredible support. Her calm and relaxed energy was a lovely addition to our home. She kept me nourished and hydrated with the most delicious meals and teas, specifically curated for my healing journey. She offered hands-on support with abhyanga (warm oil massage) for me and baby, as well as moxa treatments to invigorate the flow of Qi in my body and help build back up my blood, as I lost a lot during surgery.  She facilitated a beautiful ritual introducing our baby girl to the sun and grounding our love as a family in nature. She also shared many tools with me to ensure I felt empowered moving forward with my healing after she left. We are truly blessed to have received the support and care of “auntie” Sondra.
