Ayurvedic/ Herbal Consultations: An Ayurvedic and Herbal health consultation is an opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom and empower you to become your own healer, by assisting the body to recollect the ancient ways of our ancestors, through the wisdom of plants, food and lifestyle the body can become vital once again. I will be accessing the knowledge of Western Herbalism, plants as medicine and the science of Ayurveda to bring imbalances back into a state of balance.
Plant & Post-Retreat Integration: Individual guidance is offered in a safe space to integrate experiences with ceremonial plant medicines. Post counseling integration assist in bringing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energies back into balance by shifting the insights deeper into our daily lives, without loosing a grounded vision. Specific plant medicines can bring us to states of awareness that may be challenging to interpret and understand on our own. I offer tools and guidance for integrating trans-formative experiences back into our lives.
