Agua Florida (energetic flower water) has been used for centuries as a cleansing water infused with plants. I have created a synthetic free blend of protective plant teachers that are infused in alcohol for two lunar cycles. Agua Florida is commonly used for energetic protection, healing, ritual feeding or in ceremony. A spray or two can clear stagnant energy in rooms or ‘set’ an energetic space. When inhaled deeply the sweetness can help induce grounding, connection and healing. Add a few sprays to baths or linens. It can also be used to clear and reprogram crystals, gems and jewelry. I like to have a bottle near for offerings to the ancestors, the altar or sacred spaces. If you are a practitioner of any kind and need energetic clearing after each client this is a great tool to have on hand, for misting the room before or after each session. Florida water can also be rubbed on hands and worked into the body during healing sessions or to calm babies and children.
